With a career in hospitality dating back to 1995 and years of experience operating his own businesses since 2005, José brings a deep understanding of guest experience, team leadership, and operational excellence. His journey—from his roots in La Unión, El Salvador, to building successful restaurant concepts—reflects a commitment to growth, resilience, and community.
